Computer & Mechanical Diagnostics

Modern commercial trucks are rolling data networks. When a warning light appears or systems behave abnormally, FixTruck offers dealer-level diagnostic scanning and mechanical checkouts to isolate malfunctions quickly and accurately.

Diagnostic Scopes

Using advanced computer diagnostic scanners compatible with major European heavy truck manufacturers (MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Scania, DAF, Iveco, Renault), we read and analyze logged trouble codes from onboard microcontrollers.

  • Electronic Control Unit (ECU): Access and download log errors from engine control units, transmission controllers, and cabin comfort electronics.
  • Sensor Node Calibration: Diagnose, reset, and calibrate faulty ADAS, wheel speed, air pressure, and height level sensors.
  • Live Stream Analysis: Record and graph engine temperature, fuel flow rates, and exhaust values in real-time under load simulated environments.
